AA Thought for Today
I'd managed to drink my way through all my friends. I had no one in the world to talk to. With increasing guilt and never-ending depresssion, I was too weak to continue this day-by-day suicide.
Thank God I knew of A.A., so I called. I had no idea what would happen – I just knew I didn't want to live if life was going to go on like it was.
Today, I’m counting my blessings instead of my troubles.
